frequently asked questions.
-
We help teams reduce stress, prevent burnout, and improve performance. Our breathwork and meditation programs support focus, resilience, and emotional regulation — leading to higher productivity, fewer sick days, and better retention.
-
Chronic stress reduces cognitive function, decision-making, and creativity. Our techniques regulate the nervous system, which improves clarity, focus, and problem-solving. A calm team makes faster, better decisions — without burning out (and they’re a whole lot nicer to be around).
-
Yes. Breathwork and meditation are supported by extensive research showing measurable improvements in stress hormone levels (lower cortisol), brain function (increased prefrontal activity), and physical health markers (better heart rate variability and blood pressure). Our evidence-based programs are designed specifically for corporate wellbeing and workplace performance — combining proven stress management techniques with practical delivery that fits busy workplaces. All content is developed in consultation with our advising medical doctor and psychiatrist, ensuring our approach stays current, clinically informed, and aligned with best practice in mental health and nervous system regulation.
-
We deliver workshops in-person or virtually, ranging from 30-minute lunchtime resets to 90-minute masterclasses. Lunchtime sessions can include guided breathwork or gentle yoga to reduce stress and boost focus, while longer workshops equip teams — including leadership groups — with practical tools to improve performance, resilience, and wellbeing at work and in life. For teams ready to put their training into practice, we can even bring in the ice baths to test their breathwork under pressure and train how to control the stress response in real time.
-
Absolutely. We customise every program around your goals — from onboarding, wellbeing initiatives, and leadership development to conferences and company offsites. We tailor content, session length, and delivery mode to align with your company culture, objectives, and current wellbeing initiatives. Whether you need a quick team reset, a full performance workshop, or something completely custom, we’ll shape the delivery to suit your people and workplace. We also offer exclusive overnight corporate retreats — designed for forward-thinking companies who want to give their teams a next-level reset experience.
-
We work with fast-paced, high-pressure industries including finance, tech, law, recruitment, and sales — but our tools are suitable for any environment where performance and wellbeing matter. Forward thinking leaders often introduce our sessions during high-demand periods or as part of mental health and engagement programs.
-
Our sessions are designed to be short and high-impact. Even 15-30 minutes can reset the nervous system and return people to work calmer, clearer, and more focused. The time invested is quickly returned through higher productivity and fewer stress-related issues.
-
We track impact through pre- and post-session surveys measuring changes in stress, focus, clarity, and energy, along with engagement metrics and participant feedback. We can also provide follow-up surveys to assess how often teams are using the tools and the difference they’ve noticed in their performance and wellbeing. This helps organisations demonstrate ROI and supports their ongoing wellbeing reporting.
-
Yes. To help teams embed the tools long-term, we offer access to on-demand 5-minute breathwork and meditation techniques — and our full digital platform is launching soon to provide ongoing support, guided sessions, and progress tracking beyond the workshop.
-
Our facilitators are trained breathwork and meditation instructors with specialist training in stress and performance, including education through Harvard Medical School. The team also includes a medical advisor and psychiatrist to ensure all content is evidence-based, safe, and professional.
